Healthy 'Snickers' Bites

Sure, Snickers bars taste good, but looking at the ingredients, it's not doing anything good for your body.

 

Here is a healthier alternative to this chocolate-covered candy.

 

'Cookie' Ingredients:

•15 pre-soaked Pitted Dates (best to soak in hot water for 30 min prior to use)

•3/4 c. Almond Flour 

•1/4 c. Peanut Butter

•1 Tbsp Grass-Fed Butter 

•1 Tbsp Ground Chia Seeds

•1 Tbsp Collagen Powder

 

Mix in a Blender, then roll into 1-inch balls.

Place Balls onto a tray lined with parchment paper.

Gently press each cookie ball down with a fork to flatten slightly.

 

For Chocolate Ganache:

•1 Tbsp Grass-Fed Butter 

• 1/3 c. Chocolate Chips

Melt together and mix. Place into piping bag and drizzle ganache over your cookie pieces.

Sprinkle with sea salt.

Place in freezer for 20 minutes, or refrigerator for 1 hour.
